WorkLink is a professional services marketplace. Verification, reviews and reporting exist so customers can choose with confidence, and so partners can work with people who take the job seriously.
Verification
Professionals can confirm their identity with Stripe Identity. Completing it earns a Verified badge on listings. It is optional — you can still publish without it. Businesses can also verify their Australian Business Number.
The Verified and Verified Business badges appear only after those checks are complete. They are not badges for sale.
Reviews
Reviews can only be left after completed work on WorkLink. That keeps ratings tied to jobs that actually happened, not to invitations sent after the fact.
Professionals may respond. They cannot edit or remove a published review. If a review breaks our rules, we review it.
Reporting
If a conversation, listing or review feels wrong, report it. We read every report and keep a record of what was said.
Safety issues are treated as urgent. Account issues are usually answered within one business day.
Professional standards
Partners are expected to describe their work honestly, reply to enquiries, honour quotes they send, and keep customer details private.
Repeated missed replies, misleading listings or abusive messages can lead to suspension. Serious harm leads to a permanent ban.
Community expectations
Customers and professionals treat each other with the same courtesy they would in person. WorkLink is a marketplace, not a place to pressure, harass or mislead.
Keep negotiations in WorkLink messages so both sides have a record of what was agreed.
