Conduct that is not permitted on WorkLink.

This document sets out the intended structure of WorkLink's terms. It has not yet been reviewed by an Australian legal practitioner and must not be relied on as the final agreement. Questions in the meantime go to support.

Prohibited conduct

Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, licensing or business.

Posting false, misleading or incentivised reviews.

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward another user or WorkLink staff.

Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the operation of the platform.

Enforcement

Breaches may result in content being removed, a listing being unpublished, or an account being suspended or banned. Serious matters are reported to the appropriate authority.
