This document sets out the intended structure of WorkLink's terms. It has not yet been reviewed by an Australian legal practitioner and must not be relied on as the final agreement. Questions in the meantime go to support.
Hiring a professional
When you accept a quote, you enter into a contract with the professional for the scope described in that version of the quote.
Ask for a revision before you accept if anything is unclear. Once accepted, the quote is locked.
Settlement
WorkLink does not process payment for the professional's work. Settlement is arranged directly between you and the professional, in Australian dollars unless you agree otherwise.
Reviews
You may leave a review after an order is completed. Reviews must be honest, must relate to the work performed, and must not contain personal information about individuals.
