The obligations that come with offering services on WorkLink.

This document sets out the intended structure of WorkLink's terms. It has not yet been reviewed by an Australian legal practitioner and must not be relied on as the final agreement. Questions in the meantime go to support.

Verification and licensing

You may complete identity verification to earn a Verified badge. It is optional and is not required to publish a listing. You must hold and maintain every licence, registration and insurance required for the work you offer.

If your licensing status changes, you must update your account and stop offering affected services.

Quotes and delivery

Quotes must accurately describe the work, the timeline and the total price including GST where applicable.

You are responsible for performing the work to the standard required by the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable trade standard.

Subscriptions and advertising

WorkLink charges a partner subscription for listings, quotes, messaging and advertising according to the plan you choose. There is no commission deducted from work you settle directly with a customer.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST reporting where you are registered.

Team members

You may invite team members subject to your plan's limit. Each member must verify their identity before acting on behalf of your business, and you remain responsible for their conduct on the platform.
